Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Trustra Bank. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital banking website, customer dashboard, credit structures, and investment options. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately terminate use of our services.
1. Account Opening & KYC Requirements
To use the digital banking features, including wallets and transfers, you must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure:
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date identification details and document files (Passport, Driver's License, or National ID Card).
- Accounts are restricted or frozen until a Compliance Administrator reviews and approves the submitted KYC documentation.
- Each user is allowed only one primary profile. Any attempt to create multiple accounts or bypass compliance thresholds will result in immediate account suspension.
2. Wallets, Multi-Currency Ledger, and Deposits
Trustra Bank offers multi-currency digital wallets subject to the following rules:
- Account Balances: All balances are double-entered in a secure asset ledger. Transferred and deposited funds are credited only upon successful validation.
- Stripe Deposits: Deposited funds through payment gateways are processed in real-time. Any disputed or charged-back transactions will be auto-debited from your wallet, placing the balance into a negative state if necessary.
- External Wire Transfers: Outgoing external transfers are subject to review. Processing times, exchange rates, and transaction fees vary depending on the destination bank and regulatory routing restrictions.
- External Wire Deposit Requirement: Before any funds can be transferred externally via wire, users must have deposited at least 25% of the requested transfer/withdrawal amount. This deposit functions as a validation threshold required prior to the initiation and processing of the external routing.

Repayment and Deductions: Monthly payments are automatically debited from your primary wallet on the designated due date. Defaulting on repayment terms permits Trustra Bank to initiate asset recovery, liquidate pledged collateral, report defaults to credit rating bureaus, and lock associated digital cards.
4. Investment Policy & Yield Distribution
Trustra Bank hosts automated investment plans and yield-bearing goals subject to the following operating conditions:
- Plan Durations & Returns: Each investment plan defines a specific capital hold duration (calculated in days) and Return on Investment (ROI) percentage. Returns are determined at the initialization of the plan.
- Profit Distribution Schedule: Earned returns are calculated and distributed to your wallet according to the plan's payout model (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or End-of-Term).
- Early Withdrawal Penalty: Early capital withdrawal is restricted unless explicitly allowed by the investment scheme. If early liquidation is permitted, it will incur an early withdrawal penalty percentage as defined by the plan configurations (e.g., forfeit of accrued profits and reduction of principal capital).
- Savings Goals Yields: Standard savings goals accrue interest at a yield of 6.50% per annum, calculated on average daily balances and paid out monthly, provided the auto-save parameter or balance targets are sustained.
5. Cards & Security Mechanisms
Users who request physical or virtual visa/mastercard debit cards agree to use them solely for authorized transactions:
- Security Toggles: You must maintain secure settings on your card, including two-factor authentication (Double Lock MFA) and transaction restrictions (Atm withdrawals, POS payments, international spending, etc.).
- Limitation of Liability: Trustra Bank is not liable for unauthorized spending resulting from cardholders exposing card numbers, PINs, or credentials. Suspicious activities should be reported immediately via support tickets.
6. Termination & Fraud Suspensions
Trustra Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, freeze, or terminate your access to your wallets and account if we suspect fraudulent logins, suspicious devices, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Trustra Bank holds its primary banking license, without regard to conflict of law principles.
